Aerwyn Earrings in Enamel

Hand-sawed and laser-cut 26g copper drops in the Aerwyn form — a distinct triangular silhouette with sea fan cutouts, fired with vitreous enamel to produce a rich, iridescent surface. The primary connection is a sterling silver jump ring hand-altered into a square form, paired with a smaller round sterling silver jump ring — a detail that distinguishes this pair from future Aerwyn pieces. Suspended from stainless steel lever back findings with loop connector.

Vitreous enamel varies naturally in colour and surface between firings — each pair is its own colourway.

This is a limited pair — laser-cut production of the Aerwyn form has been discontinued. Future Aerwyn pieces will be hand-sawed. Part of Electric Reef, Wesley Ethyn Bowers’ wearable art jewellery line inspired by oceanic form and material process.
