What can I find here?
This store is home to WEB’s production jewellery lines, apparel, art prints, embellished art prints, and other higher-volume items. Original artworks, larger works, and more conceptual pieces are offered elsewhere, not through this store.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Studio orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Print-on-demand items require 5–10 business days for production, plus shipping time. Mixed orders may arrive separately. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible unworn jewellery and unopened, sealed studio stationery and paper goods. Prior approval is required. Hand-embellished and limited edition prints, POD products, and sale or discounted items are final sale for change of mind. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full conditions, posting deadlines, and refund timing.

What if something arrives damaged?
This coverage includes POD and final-sale items. Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photographs of the item and packaging. We strongly request reporting within 48 hours, but later claims will still be evaluated in accordance with your legal consumer rights. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no cost or a full refund including original shipping charges. Please see our Refund Policy.

Materials & Care — Jewellery

What materials do you use?
Materials used in WEB’s jewellery practice include copper, brass, bronze, fine silver, sterling silver, Argentium silver, titanium, wood, enamel, precious and semiprecious stones, and acrylic. Each listing specifies the materials in the piece.

How do I care for my piece?
Avoid moisture, perfume, household chemicals, and knocks. Store pieces separately in a dry place. Use a soft, dry cloth for routine care and ask before polishing or using cleaning solutions, particularly on mixed-material or patinated pieces.

Are pieces nickel-free?
Material compositions vary by line. Check individual listings, or contact us with your specific sensitivities.

Prints & The Wider Art Practice

What is WEB’s painting practice?
WEB creates abstract expressionist works that blend the graphic intensity of Keith Haring, the structural complexity of Escher, the symbolic depth of aboriginal and ancient cultures, and the energy of popular culture. The work is vibrant, layered, and full of hidden iconography.

Are original paintings sold here?
No. This store focuses on prints, embellished prints, production lines, and apparel. Original paintings and larger conceptual works belong to the wider studio practice and are offered elsewhere.

Are prints available?
Art prints and embellished art prints are part of this store’s offering. Check each listing for its format, materials, and whether it is fulfilled from the studio or through a print-on-demand partner.

Can I enquire about an original work or art/jewellery commission?
Yes. Original works, art commissions and selected custom jewellery commissions are handled separately through WEB’s wider studio practice, not through this store. Enquiries are welcome through their artist website. Availability, scope, pricing, and timing are discussed individually.

Who owns the copyright to the artwork?
All original artworks, prints, and designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Wesley Ethyn Bowers / Wesley Bowers Creative LLC. Purchase of a physical work or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. No work may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from the artist.
